Because of certain raw material supply and logistic constraints and volatility, Avery Dennison reserves the right in its sole discretion (and without any liability to Customers) to reject, delay, place on allocation or cancel Orders, Confirmed Orders, and Shipments. These Additional Sales Terms and Conditions apply to all Orders, Order Confirmations, Shipments and contracts for sale of Products, and are incorporated into and made a part of Avery Dennison’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale for EMEA (see links below). Any contrary terms and conditions in any communications or documents from Customer are rejected and are void.
