Alongside a range of highly versatile and sophisticated luxury labeling solutions, produced specifically by Avery Dennison for leading drinks, food and beauty brands, the swatch book also features an extended range of sustainable solutions. The range of environmentally conscious, pressure-sensitive products provides greater utility for designers creating products in organic materials and will enable brand owners, designers and label converters alike to meet their sustainability goals, as well as maintaining their ability to deliver outstanding pack visual impact.
To reflect the importance of sustainability in luxury packaging design, the Premium Labeling Material Portfolio features the very latest Fasson→ Premium Labeling Materials that feature 100% recycled fibres from the Avery Dennison Sustainable ADvantage portfolio, which empowers brands to reduce their environmental footprint, satisfy consumer demand, increase recyclability and help themselves stay ahead of government regulations.
Materials span a range of classic, contemporary and specialty papers. Some features of the new swatch book include:
Fasson® rNoble Blanc FSC®: a white, uncoated premium paper made from 100% recycled FSC® certified fibers featuring wet strength and fungicidal treatments to make sure the label remains pristine in humid environments like the cellar.
Fasson® Cotton White: the most iconic paper in the Fasson® portfolio combining sustainability and luxury which can be used for all high-quality items including wines and spirits, gourmet and luxury beauty products.
Fasson® rCrush Citrus FSC®: an uncoated, matt, smooth paper made from 15% by-product from juice production, 40% post-consumer recycled fibers and 45% virgin wood pulp.
The Premium Labeling Material Portfolio also highlights the latest developments in digital ID technologies. These enable brands to incorporate small electronic tags into their product labels to provide consumers with direct interaction and new experiences. The tags also contain powerful anti-counterfeiting and product verification features much prized by premium and luxury brand owners.
