Our EXACT program features more than 100 specifications for precise roll widths and length that match your slit patterns, enabling you to eliminate end-wasted roll remainders and offcuts. The program enables you to save up to 10 percent of the total order cost through reduced trim waste. It also allows you to reduce inventory by nearly 80 percent and streamline operations by staging materials directly to press. Total savings? Up to 15 percent of your total purchasing cost.
Low-volume products at standard widths and lengths currently not included in the EXACT program are available through our Ready Width program. By giving you an alternative to buying full master rolls, the Ready Width program lets you eliminate the cost of excess materials while also providing another option in your material-selection process.
