Overview
You can view your existing orders’ current status from this page.
You are able to filter the view based on multiple order criteria too.
From the order detail page view, you can get a more granular order status at each line level. Additionally, if the orders are eligible for re-ordering, you can re-order those orders from this page as well.
Why you’d use it
- Check for the most current status of the orders.
- Quickly reorder based on an existing order.
- Particularly useful for Checking Status of previous order(s), and then Placing same order as previous one
Note:
Any Orders that were created outside of the MyAD Portal (i.e., placed through other methods) are not able to be re-ordered from this Order History function.
