Help: Order Configuration

Full Width

  1. Enter the roll length required for this order line
  2. Click on the date picker to selected the required Delivery Date
  3. Enter the number of rolls and width required, and then click the ‘Add Dimension’ button
  4. The roll details will be added to the slit roll optimiser calculation. This will assist the customer in selecting the lowest overall trim % combination on widths and quantities
  5. The roll details will also be added in this section allowing customer specific details to be added against each line 
  6. A specific width/quantity combination can be removed by clicking on the red “x”
  7. If an MOQ has been specified for the service program, the order line total qty is calculated and validated against the MOQ value. If the line total is less than the MOQ value the order line can not be added to the cart.

  8. If a customer is left with a high trim % after adding all required rolls, they can click on the Analyse Trim button where a pop-up is displayed and the customer can decide to add particular trim rolls as shipped rolls-
  9. Clicking on the Calculate Price link will calculate the total line price base on what has been selected so far. There is also a breakdown of cost per size available.
  10. At any time during the Order Configuration process, if a customer realises they have selected the wrong service program they can click on the Change Item link. This will initiate a pop-up where the customer can select a different service program for the selected Spec.
  11. Clicking on the Add to Cart button will initiate a validation process to ensure all required data has been included and that MOQ has been met. The user will then be presented with a pop-up to go to the Cart page or continue shopping.
Note: If the user navigates away from the Order Configuration page before adding to Cart, all of the entered data will be cleared.
