For a number of years, we have worked to increase the number of women in leadership positions in our company. We’re helping teams worldwide to explore how they can acknowledge and embrace the differences among our employees and leverage them as a competitive asset. Be Different. Be You, a recent campaign for employees, celebrated what makes us unique, and encouraged every Avery Dennison employee to bring their distinct perspectives and passions to work every day.
